Our First Baptist Orchestra is made up of church members who desire to use their talent for the glory of God. Our players range in ability from intermediate to advanced. Musicians of all ages (high school through senior adult) are welcome to come and play. They lead in worship for our two Sunday morning worship services and at least once a month on Sunday evening. They play an exciting variety of styles as preludes and offertories, as well as accompanying the choir and congregation regularly. While we strive to offer excellence through our instruments, the main focus is to praise and glorify God.

In addition to the weekly worship services, the orchestra participates in our Seasonal Events.

Rehearsals on Wednesdays begin at 6:30 pm in the worship center. Childcare or children’s activities are provided for infants through the 5th grade.

The newest edition to our music ministry, the Handbell Choir meets at 6:15 PM each Thursday evening. It is open to anyone with basic sight-reading ability from 6th grade through adults.
